Mobility - transferring from another Canadian jurisdiction
Effective April 1,
2009, the College of Dietitians of British Columbia (CDBC) will register
Registered Dietitians who are currently registered in good standing with
another jurisdiction in Canada in accordance with the provisions of the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the BC/Alberta Trade, Investment and
Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA).
CDBC registration
remains a requirement for all dietitians who wish to practice in British
Columbia.

forms below.
Initial Registration
New registrants to the College
must apply for Initial Registration. Application documents are listed below.
Please download the applicable package and mail your application, required
documentation and fees to the College for processing. Processing time varies
but averages three to four weeks.
You must be registered with the
College to use the reserved title "dietitian".
Reinstatement to the Register
Former CDBC registrants may apply to
be reinstated to the CDBC register by downloading and completing the
form below. In compliance with bylaw 53(1)(a), continuing competence
requirements must be met. They are outlined in the documents below.
